What time should I book for my arrival airport transfer?

Please select the closest time to your flight arrival when booking.
The selected time is for scheduling purposes only — we track your flight
and adjust pickup automatically if your flight is early or delayed.

Why does the booking system show a time range?

The time range helps us assign the correct vehicle and driver.
Your actual pickup time is based on your flight’s arrival at HNL,
not the selected time slot.

Flight Tracking & Airport Arrival

Do you monitor flight delays?

Yes. We monitor all incoming flights to Honolulu International Airport.
If your flight is delayed, your pickup time adjusts automatically.
For major schedule changes, we recommend notifying our team directly.

Where will the driver meet us at the airport?

Your driver will meet you at the baggage claim area holding a personalized
welcome sign. Detailed pickup instructions are sent before your arrival.

Private Transfer & Vehicle Questions

Is this a private transfer or a shared shuttle?

All airport transfers booked through Paradise Hawaii Tours are
100% private. We do not combine different parties
in the same vehicle.

Do you provide car seats?

Yes. Child safety seats are available at no additional charge.
Please include the child’s age when booking.
