Paradise Hawaii Tours

Would use again! Danny was punctual and well-accomodating. Love that I didn’t have to drive around my friends for a good time in Hawaii and could just relax :)

On time transport; met us inside airport. Comfortable and spacious vehicle.

Driver was on time and drove safely. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to others.

Really enjoyed our driver Danny. Very helpful with questions and so courteous.

It was very worth the money! at first my booking was at 2:30 but when boarding it said that my flight was delayed so i was worried i wouldn’t make it in time but james reached out and helped me! i’m very pleased with the service and found my driver at baggage a minute after retrieving my bags.

Great driver. Greeted us on time and would use again

Service was amazing! Paul picked us up, and got us to our hotel in style and comfort! Had cold bottled waters for us. Very good communication, and I felt relieved to have a company that was very efficient.

Paradises Hawaii service was great. I would highly recommend them.

I use this service every time I'm leaving Aulani going to HNL. Driver is always on time, SUV is immaculate in and out. Nice relaxing ride to the airport. Priced very well.

5 stars from start to finish. Great communication. Easy to find after arrival. Lei greeting was so nice. Offered suggestions.

Driver meet is at the luggage carousel, texted us exactly where. Carried out bags to the vehicle and dropped us off promptly. He was professional and courteous. It was worth every penny.

We had a great experience. We received a text prior to our arrival just to confirm our trip, the driver was waiting before we arrived, and he was so helpful in taking care of our luggage. We had a car seat we needed to install which thankfully was an easy one but the driver was patient with us. When we arrived at our destination the driver helped us unload and made sure we didn’t forget anything. The vehicle was very clean and nice as well. Honestly the whole experience made our arrival very stress free and easy, I’d recommend to anyone looking for a ride.

It was AWESOME! Our driver Alena was great! Kept us informed leading to our arrival at the airport and got a text as soon as we landed, she was right there at baggage claim waiting for us with our Leis. She also gave us a few tips to staying in Oahu since we were first timers LOL! Would definitely book again! Thanks so much Alena!

Excellent experience! Our driver was very courteous and helpful!

Fantastic customer service! Our driver Danny greeted up promptly at the airport and was friendly and fun

James was waiting for us when we arrived. Had great communication about where to meet. Was very courteous and even gave us suggestions for restaurants!!! Thank you James!!!

We had an amazing experience with Paradise Hawaii Tours. They were super responsive and had great communication. Are greeter was there waiting for us and had beautiful leis for us. My husband was so happy and it made the start to our anniversary perfect! I highly recommend them for your transportation needs.

Absolutely, our paradise tour guide Mrs. Heavenly was superly a wonderful and friendly tour guide that I have seen after a long time. Mrs. Heavenly was absolutely a wonderful and friendly guide for all of us - nice to repeat again and again. Thanks

A great activity—well worth doing with your children.

Worth Every Single Cent!! Absolutely an incredible experience! Our flight was delayed an entire 24 hours. I texted the driver and let him know. He changed the time without charging even though it was within the 24 hour timeframe. He was waiting with a digital sign. Once we received our fresh leis he loaded all of our luggage onto a cart, took photos of us, loaded everything into the van, and delivered us to the hotel then unloaded everything. He was full of tips and even sent us his own personal itineraries of places to go, eat, and suggestions. I will only travel from the airport this way from now on!!!

James Wong was there with the Leis and two bottles of water waiting for our arrival.

Excellent service, on time and helpful.

Amazing and smooth!! Shout out to James!

Great service!

This is the best transportation service we've used. Danny was super communicative and was waiting for us at baggage claim when we landed. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and got us everywhere quickly and safely. I highly recommend!

Great service. Booked late after travel plans changed and they were still accomodating. Ethan was a great driver. Communicated pickup and helped with our bags!

Very reliable

Excellent service. We had a late evening arrival at the airport and our bodies felt like it was 3am. The driver was so friendly and thought to ask if we’d like an arrival picture as a family. On the drive to our hotel he gave us some great tips as first timers in Hawaii and followed up with a text to share some favorites on the island. The van was very clean and drive was smooth (no hard breaking or sudden lane changes). Would definitely book with Paradise Hawaii Tours again!!

Airport pick up with lei greeting Danny was so great!! A wonderful way to arrive in Hawaii!!

Airport to hotel transport Danny was our driver who greeted us with a Lei. He was in contact the day before and as we landed so it was easy to find him. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us plenty of recommendations for our trip. Highly recommend.

Very punctual, courteous, safe and professional driver. The reservation process was easy and quick. We needed to have an infant car seat and they delivered as promised.

We got picked up by Paradise tours from the Honolulu airport. The driver had Great communication, especially because we got stuck on the runway for probably an hour. Then we were greeted with beautiful Hawaiian lei’s, And he even volunteered to take pictures for us. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

The price was reasonable. The driver was excellent. The only issue we had was establishing where we were going to be picked up at the airport. It would have been nice if at the time we made the reservation we were told that the driver would contact us the day before to tell us specifically where we would be picked up.
