Best Airport Transfer to Ko'Olina Resorts The best airport transfer to Ko’Olina!!! From the moment I booked the airport transfer to the moment we were dropped off back at the airport, it was unbelievably easy and stress free. Dominick met us at the baggage claim with fresh flower lei’s (extra cost) and took our luggage to the van. You can also request booster seats or car seats for your kids. It was very spacious and comfortable. He also provided us with bottles of water. James picked us up on time and was very professional and friendly.. If you are visiting O’ahu and are staying in Ko’Olina don't waste your time researching other transportation, just book with Paradise Hawaii Tours!!

A Great Arrival Experience James messaged perfect instructions to connect with him on arrival in HNL! The leis he presented us with were beautiful and a lovely surprise for our birthday girl! We had a LOT of luggage but it was no problem as there was plenty of space and James took care of everything. An easy and smooth 25 minute drive and we arrived happily and safely at the Royal Hawaiian. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to book again for our next trip here. Thank you, James.

A+ experience! Our plane sat on the runway for over 30 minutes and our driver was still waiting for us with a luggage cart. He carried all our luggage which was so nice! He was a wonderful driver and the car was clean and roomie! I would recommend this to everyone!!!

I highly recommend this service for anyone who doesn’t want to start their vacation stressed—or arrive at their hotel as a sweaty, angry mess. From the moment we landed, everything was seamless. We were greeted at baggage claim with a sign with our name on it and the most incredible, fragrant leis. I honestly could have cried—it instantly made it feel real that we were in Hawaii. After grabbing our luggage, we headed straight out to a comfortable sprinter van, where we were welcomed with ice-cold bottled water before heading to the hotel. The drop-off was smooth and exactly as expected. And honestly, when you consider that leis alone can cost $35–$40, this service is an amazing value. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the experience. I will absolutely use a service like this again—and you should too. 🌺✈️

Great service and super accommodating

Paradise Hawaiian Tours provided us with an amazing and flawless airport transport from HNL to Waikiki, letting us enjoy our Hawaiian vacation right after we landed. Our driver Dan contacted me promptly after we landed, confirming that he is waiting for us at our baggage claim. Once our group (total of 11) had all the luggage, Dan assisted us with our luggage and escorted us outside, where his large passenger van was parked close by. Before boarding, he suggested to take a group welcoming picture of us. What a nice gesture, since we probably would have forgotten about that. He efficiently loaded our luggage while we boarded the van. Once on board, he offered us water and officially welcomed us to Oahu. He safely brought us to our destination (Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort) providing us with tips and hints along the way. The vehicle was extremely clean and very well maintained. Thanks to Dan, we had no worries and we were able to start and enjoy our vacation as soon as we touched down. I highly recommend Hawaiian Paradise Tour and Dan! ! True 5+ Star experience. What I expected The day before trip the driver introduced himself,. Our flight had been cancelled & rebooked the day before our trip & they accommodated the changes & were already at airport when we arrived.

Our driver was prompt, helped with our luggage, and gave a small discussion of some sights we passed as he drove to our hotel. A wonderful way to start our vacation.

First time to Hawaii Great once in a lifetime experience with the lei greeting for our family. Danny was great and followed up with recommendations for restaurants and excursions.

Must do Alena was waiting for us greeted us with a Lia. helped with baggage. her driving great.she knew which lane to stay in and it was a constant ride all the way there. Other lanes got backed top and we just seem to cruise right by nice and slow. I felt safe riding with her she was amazing.

The experience was great. Upon arrival and finding the luggage claims, our driver Ethan, was already there. Patiently waiting, even after several flight delays. So greatful for his patience and enthusiasm. Love the lei(s). Also, Alena provided the same type service to my brother as well. This will be an experience we will never forget. Forgot to mention how comfortable the drive was during traffic hour. In addition, we were offered bottled water. The driver Alena done the same with taking a picture with my brother. Definitely a company that cares. Our party of seven used them for airport/hotel transfers with an amazing flower lei greeting and two excursions. The absolute best customer care and great prices. Also, made sure we had our baby car seat as needed. This will be our only transport company in Honolulu.

Everything I was looking for and more!! I feel there are soooo many transportation options here in a Honolulu; that it truly gets confusing especially when other companies are misleading. If you are looking for a company who waits for you at baggage claim with a sign, welcomes you with a lei, assists with luggage, guides you to the vehicle (black Escalade ESV) right outside baggage claim and takes you directly to your destination, look no further 🙌🏼 Not just that, but communicating with them is a text away. Very responsive, pretty much immediately. Moreover, very patient, and understanding; my husbands luggage was momentarily lost at the airport and for what it seemed like an hour which truly was about 30min, I never felt pressured by the driver in timing. In the contrary, he, in a very cooperative manner followed us through the motions in retrieving my husbands luggage ❤️ Upon our arrival to the vehicle, he loaded our luggage, my daughter’s car seat was already set up and we had ice cold waters waiting for us. Trust me the ice cold waters do not seem like much, but when you just landed, running around the airport with a toddler, in this HUMID weather, these waters were amazing!! Honestly, there really isn’t anything I would say they need to work on, had a great experience; maybe a loyalty program 😉😅

Courteous and professional. Couldn't be more pleased. I recommend book them directly and not through Viator or Capital One Travel. Both will mess up your booking and refuse to fix it. James at Paradise was accommodating and flexible where three hours on the phone with the vendors couldn't get them to budge on making the corrections.
