My husband was so happy and it made the start to our anniversary perfect! I highly recommend them for your transportation needs.

Excellent service. We had a late evening arrival at the airport and our bodies felt like it was 3am. The driver was so friendly and thought to ask if we’d like an arrival picture as a family. On the drive to our hotel he gave us some great tips as first timers in Hawaii and followed up with a text to share some favorites on the island. The van was very clean and drive was smooth (no hard breaking or sudden lane changes). Would definitely book with Paradise Hawaii Tours again!!

Very punctual, courteous, safe and professional driver. The reservation process was easy and quick. We needed to have an infant car seat and they delivered as promised.

We got picked up by Paradise tours from the Honolulu airport. The driver had Great communication, especially because we got stuck on the runway for probably an hour. Then we were greeted with beautiful Hawaiian lei’s, And he even volunteered to take pictures for us. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

The price was reasonable. The driver was excellent. The only issue we had was establishing where we were going to be picked up at the airport. It would have been nice if at the time we made the reservation we were told that the driver would contact us the day before to tell us specifically where we would be picked up.

Our driver Henry was great. He arrived early @ airport and had beautiful Lei's waiting for us. He was courteous, professional and a joy to have as our driver. SUV was so clean and larhe enough for our family and all our luggage. Highly recommend this company.

My 3 star rating is exclusive of our driver who was a very conscientious and accommodating young man. My disappointment in the experience comes from the fact that despite knowing there were 5 people in our party, the vehicle size resulted in my two adult daughters having to sit in the third row in a very narrow area in order to fit the luggage. We had three checked bags and 3 carry ons. Quite simply, it was an uncomfortable ride for them. Again, our driver was not the source of my disappointment. I hope making you aware of our situation can help others experience a more comfortable ride from the airport into the Waikiki area. Thank you.

Our driver was fantastic. He tracked our flight and knew that we were arriving early and was at baggage claim waiting for us when we got there. He took the extra steps needed to assist us in getting our luggage to his vehicle as I had recently hurt my knee. Would definitely use their services again

We had such a wonderful experience with Danny and Paradise Hawaii Tours, with picking us up from the airport and taking us to our hotel! It was just my teen daughter and myself so I wanted to ensure we felt safe which we absolutely did. As a grad gift trip, we also paid for the leis :) He took a photo for us with them on and helped us with our luggage, and gave us a number of places to eat and things to do. It was fantastic overall and I highly recommend using their services.

Danny was the best!!! The lei was beautiful and a nice touch. He gave us so many recommendations for things to do and it turned out to be very helpful. I’m so glad Danny was our first experienced guide to help direct us in the right direction for places to go while traveling to Hawaii for the first time.
