Andy, was truly stellar. Our flight was nearly an hour early. I was afraid we would have to wait until our original pick up time, but Andy stayed in contact with me and was there to meet us before our luggage arrived at the Carousel, with beautiful fresh flower lei's. After picking up our luggage, Andy waited for us to change into warm weather clothes before heading to our private vehicle to take us to our hotel. Great communication. Great service - end to end. 5+ stars.

Vincent was on time and helped us to the car with the luggage. He brought us beautiful live orchid leis and took some pictures. He pointed out points of interest on the way to the hotel. A very pleasant experience.

Reliable, on-time, spacious, comfortable and clean vehicles. We used their service 4 times on our recent trip to Waikiki. They were even available for a last minute cruise port transfer. My wife and I had no idea how we were going to get from the Airport to our hotel on Waikiki Beach. A relative recommended Paradise Hawaii Tours who provide various private transfer options depending on your party size. Setting pickup time and options through the web site was easy. The driver texted me ahead of our flight that they would greet us at the baggage claim area used by our airline. True to their promise we were greeted with a personalized sign and leis. Our driver loaded our luggage and unloaded at the hotel. All said it was stress free for us and totally worth the cost of the service.

We had a piece of luggage mistakenly taken by someone. The airline was able to contact them but they had left the airport. It felt like forever (but probably was an added 30 min), but our driver graciously waited for us. Thankfully, we were his last trip for the day. Appreciated the flexibility!

Best airport pickup! My flight was delayed by 2 hours. Our driver came back to pick us up. He took our luggage, gave us beautiful flowers leis, and was so pleasant. We arrived at our hotel and he brought our luggage all the way to the front desk. Amazing Service! I would use them again Mahalo

Ethan was a great driver, helpful and very attentive. Excellent transfer from the airport to downtown Waikīkī in rush hour traffic. Definitely consider this an option.

Our driver gave us the warmest welcome in Hawaii. The lei greeting was amazing and the perfect way to start our trip. The lei was beautiful and high quality, and her spacious van easily fit all of our luggage. We had a lot of bags, but she loaded and unloaded everything for us. Great experience, we did Airport transfer to the hotel and another the next day from Hotel to cruise port. Our driver Ethan, was excellent he was waiting for us at the airport baggage claim with a luggage cart even though our flight was an hour early. He kept us informed of his location via text for both Transfers. He handle all the luggage from baggage claims to the bell hop at the hotel and then to the cruise ship

Was exactly what I was looking for. First time to Hawaii with the kiddos, wanted to get a lei when we landed, just stereotypical kinda memory stuff for them, and we needed transportation from the airport to our hotel anyway, so this was great. The leis are real, and that was unexpected, but maybe typical, I dont know, but it was great. Our flight was delayed but they tracked everything and were communicating with me not to worry about anything. Just a great experience, you have so much to worry about when traveling with kids, so having them handle some of that burden was great, and they were awesome.

We had a very positive experience going out to Molakini aboard the AKIALOA. The skipper, Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable trip. This included snorkeling outside the reef at slack tide, stopping to watch dolphins and whales and putting a marine microphone in the water so we could hear the whales communicating. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. We highly recommend Paradise Hawaii Tours.

Great experience all around! After a 10 hour reset flight we were all pretty exhausted. Michael was waiting cheerfully for us and presented us with four really nice pink lays, helped us get our checked bags from the carousel, got us briskly to the very nicely appointed Escalade SUV, gave us waters for the ride over to Waikiki and unloaded our bags promptly. This is a great service and I highly recommend to anyone visiting Hawaii in need of a ride to their hotel. Thank you Paradise Hawaii Tours!
