Danny was the best!!! The lei was beautiful and a nice touch. He gave us so many recommendations for things to do and it turned out to be very helpful. I’m so glad Danny was our first experienced guide to help direct us in the right direction for places to go while traveling to Hawaii for the first time.

We’ve booked several tours with Viator, all with great results. This is the first time we’ve used them for airport transport in Honolulu. James our driver was outstanding, very professional which we appreciated very much after about a 15 hour travel day, and understanding the baggage claim situation in HNL is frankly, a hit mess. James greeted us with leis and much needed water. Took care of the bags, got us packed into a very comfortable new van, and got us to Waikiki hotel, quickly and safely. I highly recommend you consider Viator as an airport transport option. We were very pleased.

Friendly & on time

I was nervous about making it to our destination on time, only because my fiance (now husband) were getting married. Alena was our driver. She arrived on time for pickup and waited on the alloted timeframe we requested. We arrived at our destination earlier than expected and we are gracious for her patience. Will definitely book again on our next Hawaiian trip! James also helped coordinate our ride ahead of time months prior. His service over the phone was exceptional!

Hassle Free Transportation James was at the airport with a sign and lei’s. He was very helpful and took our bags for us. The vehicle was nice and clean. He provided us with cute little bottles of water. Would highly recommend this company for pickup at the airport.

Great company! They communicated where to meet, txted me pictures of vehicle and name of driver. The driver was fantastic!!! He was professional, friendly,and veryaccommodating to our needs. He was an answer to our dilemma. We disembarked from cruise ship at 9am and our flight was not until 11:25 pm. Danny drove us where we wanted to go, made great suggestions and kept our luggage safe while we enjoyed our day. Outdoors very highly recommend.

The driver contacted us before the plane pulled into the airport gate!Aaron our driver was clear with communication as where to meet him. He went far and beyond his duty when he retrieved a forgotten wallet from the van and returned it to our hotel the next day. Thanks again Aaron.

Fabulous car transfer!! We had an amazing driver named Henry. He was very polite, kept me notified and very pleasant. I would recommend his service over and over again. Car was impeccable. My guest was so surprised with the lei greeting and the beautiful SUV!
